Friday Night Lights II
After a successful first edition of Friday Night Lights, as part of the Sydney Milers Club series, the middle- and long-distance racing returns to the Narrabeen Athletics Centre, to be co-delivered once again by the Sydney Athletics Academy and Manly Warringah Athletics Clubs.
Featuring the likes of Rio Olympic Semi-Finallist, Anneliese Rubie-Renshaw, current NSW Mile and 10,000m Champion, Lauren Reid, and current NSW 3000m Champion, Zach Facioni, this meet is not only geared towards high-performing athletes, but also encourages all runners of all abilities to come and run a PB on the track, in perfect evening conditions.
800m Graded Races - 7:00pm
3000m Graded Races - 7:30pm
Community 5K & 5000m B Race - 8:00pm
5000m A Race - 8:50pm
3000m A Race - 9:10pm
800m A Race - 9:25pm
A final timetable of events, with final entry lists, will be released on Thursday, 10th December.
All Athletics NSW members are welcome to run at this meet, and members of the general running community are also welcome to participate in the Community 5K event.
Entries will be $20.00.
Entries will close 10am, Wednesday 9th December. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstance.
All Athletes will be checked into the venue at the gate entry.
Please make sure you are at the start line of your event at least ten (10) minutes prior to the start time, according to the final timetable.
UNIFORM & BIBS
All Athletics NSW members are encouraged to wear their uniform, or their group/squad uniform. Those runners who are not registered with Athletics NSW are also encouraged to wear their running group/squad kit where possible. No Athletics NSW competition bibs will be required to be worn at this event.
The Friday Night Lights II Meet will be Live Streamed on Distance Running in NSW and Sydney Athletics Academy's Facebook pages.

The Friday Night Lights II meet will be run in a COVID-safe manner, ensuring that social distancing is adhered to by all spectators, and hand sanitiser is provided on arrival to the venue.
All athletes will be checked in at the gate for the event for COVID-safe purposes.
